The work
Described by scope, not by name.
A meaningful share of our commercial work is performed for private institutions and healthcare owners under confidentiality. We don’t publish their names, logos, or identifiable photographs. What we can share is the kind of work we take on and how it’s run — and references, on request, from owners whose projects resembled yours.
Commercial
The commercial work we take on
Replacement, re-cover, restoration and repair across four building types — each with its own constraint on how the work is allowed to run.
Warehouse & distribution
Large envelopes, re-roofed around a receiving schedule
Single-ply replacement and re-cover across large uninterrupted fields, with enhanced fastening through the perimeter and corner uplift zones, new edge metal to current standards, and insulation brought up to code. Sequenced so shipping and receiving never stop, and nothing is opened that can’t be dried the same day.
Industrial & manufacturing
Membranes chosen for what the exhaust does to them
Plants where process discharge, solvents or grease reach the roof, and where production cannot pause for a re-roof. Chemically resistant membrane across the roof rather than only under the fans, heavier assemblies where service traffic is constant, and work windows built around shift patterns.
Medical & healthcare
Phased work over space that stays in use
Occupied clinical buildings re-roofed section by section so no exam or procedure room loses its use. Adhered assemblies where noise carries into patient areas, dust and infection-control protocols agreed before we mobilize, and daily documentation for the facilities team.
Private schools & campuses
Planned into the summer window, building by building
Campus roofs surveyed, scored, and given a replacement sequence by year so the work lands in a capital budget rather than an emergency. Each building planned backwards from the first day of term, with the critical ones finished first.
Residential
The residential work we take on
Architectural roofing and full exteriors on high-end homes, much of it coming from architects, builders, and previous clients.
Composite & natural slate
Slate roofs, with the metalwork that makes them last
DaVinci composite slate in multi-width layouts and custom color blends where the framing won’t carry stone, and natural slate where a period roof calls for it. Ice-and-water at eaves, valleys and rakes, copper valleys and chimney counter-flashing formed on site, and snow retention wherever a slide would land somewhere it shouldn’t.
Standing seam & copper
Metal roofs roll-formed to length
Concealed-fastener standing seam on full roofs, porches, dormers and bays, with panels formed to length so long runs carry no lap seams. Copper where the detail deserves it — valleys, pans, conductor heads — hand-formed to fit the actual condition.
Cedar & designer asphalt
The details most bids leave out
Western red cedar over a ventilated underlayment so the shakes dry from both sides, and heavyweight designer asphalt installed with the full accessory system the enhanced warranty actually requires. Step flashing at every sidewall course, balanced ridge and soffit ventilation, and sheathing replaced where it’s soft rather than covered over.
Full exteriors & stucco remediation
Roof and elevation detailed together, once
Fiber cement, composite and cedar siding, full-frame window replacement, and PVC trim, fascia and soffit — done alongside the roof so every transition is detailed by one crew. Plus certified remediation of failed stucco assemblies: opened up, diagnosed, and rebuilt with a proper water-resistive barrier and flashings behind it.
Due diligence
Owners evaluating a bid: ask us for references.
We’ll provide references appropriate to your project type — warehouse, industrial, medical, school, or residential — along with certificates of insurance, manufacturer certifications, and a sample closeout package so you can see exactly what you receive at completion.
